This beautiful, contemporary vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can treat your family to a relaxing vacation. Located just 2.5 miles from Disneyland; driving will take about 5 minutes. This 4 bed/2 bath newly renovated home spans a spacious 2005 sq. feet. There are new hardwood floors throughout, brand new kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new spa, new A/C unit along with a new furnace. The house is furnished with brand new furniture throughout.
You are sure to arrive and feel immediately at home away from home. The house is stocked with clean linens, luxury towels, and the cloud-like memory foam mattresses will make it hard to leave the bed! There is also complimentary WiFi.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, a small study desk, and a corner reclining couch with footrest for when you need to relax in your own room for a little bit. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with memory foam mattress and a convertible couch sleeper. Bedroom #3 has dual full beds with memory foam mattresses. Bedroom #4 is for the kids and has one bunk bed and a twin bed with a second pull out trundle bed, totaling four beds in the kids room.
There are two separate living areas equipped with new 55 LED and 50 LED HDTVs with ATT Uverse HD cable, along with a PlayStation with Beatles Rock Band with guitar, mic and drums. Some books and a family/kid friendly movie library is available.
The primary living room opens up to the patio where kids can safely play within the fenced backyard. There is full size propane BBQ grill, new patio furniture and a 6 person spa for the perfect relaxation treatment after a long day on ones feet.
