Gorgeous 8 bedroom house on 40 acres - 5 miles from Hunter and 7 miles from Windham. Large, expansive, granite chefs kitchen, fireplace, over 40 acres, outdoor hot tub.

I had previously been living in this home so it isn’t a typical rental home. It has quality furniture and accessories and I hope that my guests continue to properly care for my home and contents during their stay. The house is very large and in good condition. It is a large colonial with large pillars on the outside and a dramatic tree lined driveway. The home is approximately 5500 square feet. It has 8 bedrooms. Everyone that comes to the home loves the extra large chef’s kitchen with granite counters and two islands. The rest of the downstairs has a large living room with a 60” rear projection tv (no hdmi) and a large stone fireplace, two dining areas, one with wood beams above that seats 10 comfortably but you could squeeze in more depending on how close you get, the other dining area is smaller and is now located in the living room. There is a separate billiards room with a pool table between the living room and the dining room. There is one large entryway leading to an arched staircase and another staircase in the back of the house leading to the other side of the house with beautiful views. A laundry room leads you outdoors to the hot tub and deck. Upstairs is a master bedroom and attached master bath that many say are larger than their NYC apartment and in excellent condition. There is internet/wifi access. During the summer, there are window air conditioners in all of the bedrooms. The property is on over 40 acres with a large backyard that slopes down to a pond that has fish and frogs. There is a nice sized backyard deck that has a dining table and BBQ grill. There is a hot tub that holds 5 people.
Please dont expect to use this house as a party house. I expect my guests to treat the house as I treat the house.
