This beautifully-appointed, contemporary 3,700 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the foothills above Santa Fe is only available on a limited basis. Please inquire and we will let you know if your desired dates are available. Our home is located in a private, upscale neighborhood, located about 8 minutes (~4 miles) north of the historic Santa Fe Plaza off of Hyde Park road, which leads up to the Santa Fe ski basin and only a 15-min drive (~10 miles) to Santa Fe Opera house.

Downstairs living room features large sectional sofa, game room features pool table, ping pong table, magnetic dart board and wet bar, 8 min drive to the Plaza, 25 min drive to Santa Fe ski basin, 3 min drive to Ten Thousand Waves spa, and the Dale Ball Trail system (hiking & mountain biking) within walking distance. Apple TV available in upstairs living room and also in master bedroom. Wii and Sony play station game consoles available in downstairs game room.

The main floor has a gourmet kitchen, open dining & living room area with high vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. Professional kitchen features honed black granite countertops, large island with eat-in countertop and four stools, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances including two large ovens, Cuisinart toaster oven, toaster, 1200W Wolf microwave, three refrigerators (one with icemaker), large freezer, dishwasher and two kitchen sinks (one on the island). Dining room table seats 8 people with two inserts available to increase seating up to 12. Black & Decker auto-drip coffee maker. Tile floors in laundry room, kitchen and dining room with hardwood floors throughout the remainder of the upstairs (main) floor. Wood burning fireplace in the main living room upstairs with plenty of firewood available for burning. Laundry room off of the kitchen has Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer and door leading to the garage.

The master bedroom suite features a new Serta iComfort king sized bed with gel memory foam, 40” flat screen TV and private deck overlooking the pool. The en-suite master bathroom features two sinks, large Jacuzzi bathtub, separate standing shower with three shower heads, Porcher electronic toilet seat with bidet and a small flat screen TV. The guest bedroom also on the main floor features a queen-sized bed with a memory foam topper and a small desk with a wireless HP printer connected to the home wireless network. The guest bathroom adjacent to the guest bedroom features a full shower and large bathtub.

The downstairs wing is set off from the main floor and features slate tile flooring in the common areas, two king guest rooms (both carpeted) and bathroom with connecting doors in between both king bedrooms features a large shower with bench, sauna, two sinks and separate toilet. The downstairs wing also features a second living room and game room area with 40” Panasonic flat screen HDTV, Wii and Sony play station game consoles, wet bar with honed black granite countertop and bar seating for 6, small fridge (with ice maker) behind bar, dishwasher and stainless steel sink with glass/mirrored back bar shelves, professional sized pool table with ping pong table topper and a magnetic dart board. Lighted bung hole toss game is available to setup and use as well.

Downstairs hallway doors lead out to the private and fully-enclosed pool deck with a waterfall hot tub, outdoor seating and dining area, two large chaise lounges and several deck chairs for sunbathing. Floating beds and other inflatable pool toys available to use. The house has two upstairs decks – one deck with three rocking chairs for sunset viewing (overlooking the downstairs pool deck) and another deck on the side of the house features a gas grill and patio dining table with parasol and outdoor seating for five.

A raised queen sized air mattress which unfolds and self-inflates in minutes is available to accommodate 2 additional guests. 2 extra pillows and bed linens also provided.

Housekeeping service is included once a week so the posted nightly rate also includes the cleaning fee after you vacate the home. If you desire additional housekeeping visits, this can be arranged for $20 per hour.
