Vacation house on east of Sierra Nevada

French chateau house on east of Sierra Nevada, minutes to Heavenly Valley.

Resident chef, 6000 sq ft house, with three fireplaces, television theater room, musical instruments, books, exquisite views, terraced garden beautiful at all times of the year. dogs okay.

Available for one week in February, one week in March, one week in all other months.

Six bedrooms, 6-1/2 bathrooms, bunk bed room for three teens/kids with its own shower.

Accommodates up to 14 adults with three to five children. No others permitted.

Our lovely chef will provide the Simple Menu package -- this consists of to-die-for breakfasts and two special evening meals. Other meals by arrangement only.

Cost $3250 for the house per week, $1250 for the Simple Menu package including final clean up (clean up without simple menu is $400).. total $4500 with a $2000 deposit.

No smoking.

Owner prefers to find two families, each to rent house for two months annually, spread over the entire year by arrangement. Each family could have its own closets, could elect to visit only in the winter or only in the summer or only at weekends and would make arrangements with our chef to have all clean up done for them plus the Simple Menu.

Cost of annual two-months share: $7500 plus share of heating and plus Simple Menu that includes all clean up.

Cost of Simple Menu and clean up can be varied by arrangement with chef/housekeeper. Gratuities of course accepted by the grateful chef who would look after your dogs."
