4 bedrooms: 1 King, 2 futons on lower, 1 Queen, 1 full, & 1 twin upstairs. 1800+sqft. sleeps 9+.. Host on site in studio unit, total privacy. Two story home in a nice neighborhood that I feel safe taking walks at all hours. Driveway parking. Enter from the front door, the right side door is a living room with 46 flat screen/internet/BluRay/HD TV, desk, seating and a futon, to the left the laundry room. Continuing to the right, the kitchen, left the Master bedroom (King) with a bathroom that was 3 doors, and the stairs to go to the second floor. Pictures show kitchen and dinning/family room with a futon and access to backyard and pool. Upstairs there is a door that opens to two bedrooms on the right (Queen & Full), and a bathroom and bedroom on the left (Twin). This bedroom has a sink, microwave and refrigerator.
ALWAYS children and small pet welcome, easy street parking for RVs, boats. Pool and backyard. House uses solar energy so you can feel good about using the AC, Cox highest speed wifi, reverse osmosis water filtration system- very nice drinking water.

| Payment Terms | Cant say I have any hard and fast rules, other than that there is a 11 PM noise curfew around the pool on the weekends and 9 PM during the week. (Unless the neighbors are having fun too.) My neighbors are all wonderful people! Im very fortunate to have them and want to keep them happy. We do have a water shortage so I hope youll keep conservation in mind. And if you bring a dog, I ask that you respect the yard and pick up after your pet when it does its business.
