This is a luxurious two-story house located in a quiet, gated community in Terra Lago, Indio, CA. The house features 4 bedrooms plus office, including a spacious master suite featuring a king-sized bed, flat screen TV living area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, beautiful mountain views and large backyard.

One Guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, reach-in closet, sitting area and T.V.

The second Guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, large closet.

The third Guest bedroom features queen-sized pull out bed with memory foam mattress and large closet.

The Master Suite includes a king size bed, spacious en-suite, a sitting lounge chair area with flat screen TV.

There are two full bathrooms, featuring double vanities, shower, bathtub and toilet on the second floor. The charming powder bathroom features a sink and toilet on the first floor.

Indoor-related amenities include gas fireplace, air conditioning, linen and towels provided, and a fully-equipped laundry room with high-efficiency front loading washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Outdoor-related amenities feature a gas BBQ, chairs and table, large open space with rock, cactus garden. The garage is available with two parking spaces and a driveway with two additional parking spaces.

The kitchen comes with granite counter tops, a pantry, GE appliances (oven, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove top), and an island at the center with 4 additional bar stools. It is fully stocked with a coffee/tea maker, toaster, blender, baking equipment pans, etc. spice rack, and milk shake maker. There are table settings and glassware available for 8 people and the dining table seats 8.

Guests will have access to entire home and property. Guests names will be listed at gate entrance. Guard house is available from 6am-10pm everyday. After hours will require call box phone access for guests at main gate entrance. Please inquire manager for details.

The manager will meet all guests at the house for check-in/out to:

Tour and Walk the house with you.

Provide instructions for all of the amenities.

Review local vacation ordinances.

Meet you at the house for the departure.

The home is located within the Terra Lago gated community in Indio, Ca. Ideally located by surrounding desert cities in the Coachella Valley with views to the San Jacinto Mountains and in a quiet private lake restful community.

A vehicle is recommended to get around the area. There are taxi and uber transportation options as well as the SunLine Transit Agencys bus line.

Getting to the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals in April, the Empire Polo Club is about 6 miles away (a 15-minute drive, depending on traffic and road closures).

The main gate is located on Ave 44 and Lago Vista.
