Custom Home w/ 2 guest Casita's, 18 hole chipping course, Man Cave & Bunkhouses

Make your visit to Arizona an experience you will never forget with your own private resort. There are 3 custom built homes and 4 cowboy style bunkhouses located on a very private 1.5 acre lot in prestigious North Scottsdale surrounded by the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants in the state. We are less then 10 minutes to some of the top golf courses such as, Troon North, TPC (Phoenix Open), The Boulders, Grayhawk and Wildfire, just to name a few and we are 35 minutes from the Cardinal Stadium. These homes are ideal for large groups, reunions, golf groups and corporate meetings.

(Main House) This unique custom built feng shui 5 br/3 bath (sleeps 10) home has 15 ft. ceilings, adobe brick walls, indoor fireplace, authentic Mexican furnishings, stained concrete floors, surround sound inside and out, TV’s throughout and much more. Outside there is a large covered patio with two satellite TVs, Linx BBQ grill, bar, fireplace, 2 propane heaters, fire pit, and even a large rock fountain. The views are incredible, and the white lights in the lush landscaping make it look like your own private resort. It also has an eight-person hot tub for you to relax in, and the views from the tub are stunning.

We also have turned our three car garage into a Man Cave/Entertainment room with a 60 TV, 46 TV a Brunswick pool table, ping pong table, dart board and a X-box with Kinnect. . The decor gives it a southwestern, barn, sports bar feel!

We also have two authentic Adobe brick guest homes on the property for larger groups. We conduct retreats on this property so there is plenty of beds/bedding to assure that your guests are comfortable. This home is great for entertaining because of the large gathering areas and yet very comfortable for your guests to have their own space. Each unit has a full kitchen, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, and access to the 8-person hot tub overlooking the beautiful palm trees, and saguaro cactus landscaping.

You will feel like you stepped back into the old west when you partake in our newest creation of a Western Town with four additional bunkhouses. The first bunkhouse is 80 sq. ft. It has a queen size bed, tiled flooring, ceiling fan, heat/AC and a roof top deck.

The other three bunkhouses are 120 sq ft. All the bunkhouses have wood flooring, a large six foot window that opens to the desert views and a cowboy flare. Two of bunkhouses have a queen size bed and one bunkhouse has a twin bed.

(Small Casita) There is a 1-bed/1 bath Casita (1200 sq. ft.) that sleeps 4. It has a large open floor plan with 20 foot ceilings, all new appliances, rustic wood cabinets and doors. A California king pillow-top sleigh bed in the bedroom and a high quality queen size Murphy bed in the living room. It has a large covered patio with BBQ, bar, fireplace, bonfire pit, and propane heater. A 60 inch HD TV with surround sound.

(Large Casita) The larger Casita is 2-bed/1 bath (1800 sq. ft.), which sleeps 4-6.. It has a large gourmet kitchen and large bedrooms, indoor fireplace, and large TV’s throughout. Outside is a 100 ft wrap around patio with couches, dining table, outdoor fireplace, propane heaters, and incredible sunset views.

If the thought of staying in a cheaply-made, poorly decorated, small yard, on top of your neighbors, condo or sub-division home does not excite you, this is the property for you. This property is truly one of a kind and youll even enjoy the landscaping which consists of hundreds of the plants, trees and cacti that make Arizona such a beautiful place to visit.

This is a beautiful upscale property in one of the nicest areas in the state and we only accept respectful tenants who behave accordingly. We do not allow weddings, bachelor parties, or rowdy groups.
