This 2600 square foot ranch home has a bright and open floor plan for hosting the perfect Arizona vacation get-away. Located in Mesa, it serves as the perfect home base for all the winter, spring, summer and fall adventures youre looking for in a vacation.
When youre done exploring and having outdoor fun, you can relax in this comfortable 3-bedroom home with all the amenities. A spacious, open living area includes the living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen that opens out to a beautiful backyard with gas grill and dining furniture. The master bedroom suite includes two queen-size beds, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. Altogether, weve got sleeping accommodations for the whole crowd with four queen beds, two twins throughout the house. Extra air mattresses (4) allow for up to 14 visitors.
You will also find a large TV w/cable, pool table and plenty of board games to keep the kids busy. This home has a total of three bathrooms and all bedroom/bathroom linens are provided.
There’s a laundry room with washer/dryer and the kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, breakfast bar and all cookware/utensils. Cable TV, DVD (with family/kid movie library). High-speed, Wireless DSL internet service is also provided at no charge.
In historic down town Mesa you can visit restaurants, Mesa Art Center, Museums, Mesa Amphitheater, Public Library, and Shopping.
For outdoor adventure, there is golfing, urban fishing, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and other outdoor activities you can fit into your stay. Theres even a YMCA recreation center within two miles of the house that offers indoor swimming, basketball courts and workout facilities (see link below).
