This newly renovated apartment is located on a famously beautiful Jones St. Forget about driving when you stay in this apartment in the heart of the Historic District. Stroll out the door to restaurants, bars, boutiques and museums all within blocks of this circa 1853 historic home. Many visitors are hoping to stay in an authentic historical area. Jones Street is a residential street and this garden level apartment is part of a private home. Close by is a breakfast cafe called Clarys that was featured in the "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil". Forsyth Park is a 5 minute walk away for your perfect picnic afternoon. If you are curious about the best cafes, restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing around us (we are in the middle of it all!) feel free to ask me!
Bright and airy meets cozy in this exposed brick apartment which was once the original kitchen. The bedroom features a queen bed, a spacious closet, a larger dresser, and a built in bookshelf with lots of books.
The comfortable living area is just steps away from the bedroom and includes a small dining area. The sofa converts to a queen bed. Free Wifi and Direct TV are included for all guests!
In the kitchen, there are many amenities including a microwave, spacious fridge, stainless steel sink, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of cabinet space. We will provide water, coffee, sugar, and creamer. A large window lets in lots of natural light. The apartment is a close walk to a Kroger if there is any food you need to stock up on.
The bathroom has a big shower with new appliances. A hair dryer and ironing board will be included for your use. There is also a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use!
