Superstition Lake House - 3 bedroom / 2 bath Mesa Lakefront Home
A lovely Mesa home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within walking distance to Superstition Springs Mall, Harkins Movie theaters, and several other local casual dining establishments. This home is also very close to Spring Training facilities and Superstition Springs golf course.
Home has a formal living area furnished with a red leather love seat, two matching arm chairs and a coffee table. The other half of the room has a formal dining area with a rectangular shaped dark wood table with seating for up to six guests.
The kitchen has maple wood cabinets with white on white appliances, a center island and a skylight above which further illuminates the kitchen. The cabinets and drawers are filled with all the items needed for cooking, cleaning and entertaining for you and your guests.
The breakfast nook is surrounded with windows and has a high top square shaped wood table with seating for four guests.
The family room wall is adorned with a massive Metal and bronze steer, a set of Faux Leather sofas, a brown leather ottoman and a 60 HDTV with BluRay player. The room has a sliding glass door that opens to the resort style backyard.
The backyard has a beautiful lakefront view, covered ramada area, cushioned chaise loungers and a brand new gas grill. Grill up some steaks or kabobs and chill out with a cold beer while you soak up the magnificent Arizona sun.
The Master Bedroom has a Southwestern style furniture suite which includes a King size bed with a Sealy posteurpedic pillow top mattress, matching bed side tables, and two dressers. The room also has a Flat screen TV and a BluRay player. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the back patio and a lovely attached master bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a separate tub and shower with double sinks, mirrored vanity and commode.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, one lighted nightstand with an alarm clock / radio and two dressers to store your clothing. The alarm clock also has an Ipod input so you can listen to your favorite tunes. The closet has plenty of room to hang clothing as well as spare bed linens.
The 3rd bedroom has a dark black framed day bed with a twin that can easily be converted into a Queen size bed to sleep two people. There are two under the bed storage drawers, a work station with printer and a large dresser with a wall mounted flat screen TV above. The room also has a sliding door closet where you can hang your clothing and store your luggage.
The hall bathroom has a walk in tub / shower combo with a single mirrored sink vanity and commode. The home comes with an attached two car garage, full size washer, and dryer as well as high speed wireless internet and cable TV.
-All Guests must check in at the Casago Vacation Rentals Scottsdale Office. Office address will be provided upon booking.
-Direct or Concierge Check In is available for an additional fee.
-Check in time is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on date of arrival.
-Check out time is 10:00 AM on date of departure.
-Utility caps and/or nightly surcharge may apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file.
-During the months of October through April, homes with heated pools will require additional deposits.
