This property is in an excellent location for attending events anywhere in the city. Great for families, weekend getaways, bachelorette get-together, happenings at Forsyth Park, attending wedding events, holiday celebrations, shopping, sightseeing, golf excursions, the Rock N Roll Marathon, the Jazz Festival, Saint Patricks Day and just about every event in Savannah and an easy drive to the beach at Tybee Island.

Located in the Landmark Historic District it is close to everything that Savannah has to offer yet outside the congestion and overnight parking issues of the main tourist area. Perfect for sightseeing, either on foot or by car or use the free shuttle service (for information on the free shuttle do a Google search on " Connect-On-the-Dot ") or use Uber or Lyft to get about. There is even a full service grocery ( Kroger, it even has a Starbucks ) just a short walk away.
Forsyth Park is a leisurely seven minute walk, nearby free shuttle service and full service grocery ( Kroger ) just minutes away. Dining, antique shops, entertainment, museums, numerous parks/squares, River Street, and many other sites and activities are a quick drive away, or walk and wander to take in all that Savannah has to offer. Tybee Island is an easy 17 mile drive.
