Enjoy a luxurious home with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new full size washer and dryer, new leather sofas and new outdoor sofa on the deck. Every room has a large flat screen smart TV with free Netflix, the living room also has a built-in stereo system, recessed lighting on dimmers. High speed internet is available throughout the entire property including the beach and pool areas. The house is immaculate and prepared for you to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.

Property Description:

The property is huge and offers several separate areas with plenty of space for groups to spread out and enjoy: swim in the gulf, sit at the water’s edge, relax in one of the hammocks at our private beach, play Corn Hole, soccer and beach games, enjoy a refreshing drink on the deck or take a swim in our heated pool.

The Main House 4 Bedrooms:

A split floor plan offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. The north side of the house has 1 king beachfront bedroom and 1 queen poolside bedroom. The south side of the house has 1 queen beachfront bedroom and a 1 trundle bedroom with 2 twins poolside.

Guest Cottage:

Ideal for grandparents, parents with a baby, those wanting a little extra privacy or just as a pool house to relax during the day. The cottage has a king bedroom, full bathroom with bathtub, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sitting area to enjoy early morning coffee or relax with a good book. There is also a large flat screen TV with free Netflix and plenty of room for a crib. Baby furniture can be arranged and delivered prior to arrival.

Central Location:

There is no need to drive daily as we are within a 10 minute beach walk to wave runners, paddle boards, water sport rentals, eco jet ski dolphin and manatee tours, beachfront dining, happy hour bars in adorable Tiki Huts with live music and a dine-in movie theatre with the newest releases. Boat rentals, charters, Publix Grocery, 7-11 and CVS and the Santini Plaza the largest shopping mall on the island are all within a 5 minute drive. The island trolley stop is directly across the street. Lovers Key is a 5 minute drive South (no traffic) and offers a multitude of kayaking adventures, nature walking and biking trails and special activities such as alligator encounters and eco tours.

Bliss is located where the white sugar sand beach is the widest on the island and in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Walk or bicycle ride 3.5 miles in either direction collecting sand dollars, or fish from the sand bar nearby.

Heated Swimming Pool:

The large shallow ledge with fountain is perfect for sunbathers while providing children and babies hours of enjoyment. The pool is heated to 87 degrees and serviced bi- weekly to offer the cleanest pool possible.

Fully Beach Ready:

We have everything you need for the beach including hammocks, lounge chairs, sun tented umbrellas, beach wagon, wheeled ice cooler, plenty of towels and assorted toys.

Beautiful Evenings:

Begin on the deck with a relaxing cocktail watching spectacular sunsets, cook a delicious dinner on the gas grill watch your children play on the private beach and enjoy conversation around the fire pit. This is the best time for dolphin encounters in the gulf and some guests have been thrilled to have them within 10 feet.

Gorgeous Tropical Landscaping:

Lush tropical landscaping with over 25 Palm Trees including Coconuts, Sable and Cabbage. Gorgeous Giant Birds of Paradise, specimen Orchids, Bromeliads and flowering Hibiscus are throughout. Recently, we have added a fruit garden including oranges, mangos, pineapples and bananas. Children can pick and eat the home grown fruit when they are ripe.

Day Trips

Day trips to Sanibel, Captiva, Naples, and the Everglades are all within driving distance. Baseball fans can watch spring training in Fort Myers for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.
