This 2500 square foot home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer and boater. The house has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all. If one group chooses to watch sports or a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room or the Den TV , another group can converse or read in the living room, den, dining room or bedrooms.
The location next to the river is in Palaco Grande, nicknamed the Gold Coast of Cape Coral where you can watch dolphins, rays and fish play from the comfort of your deck chair.
Walk down to the private dock under the Tiki Hut to fish or or sunbathe or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes away! We are also close to golf, great restaurnats, shopping and outlet malls.
At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood. Our pool is heated both by solar and electric so you can swim at your desired temperature.
Inside, youll find spacious, light filled rooms with panoramic views of the water from every room! Youll love the sliding doors that disappear into the walls, opening all the main living areas to the screened lanai
The master bedroom suite is 12 x 35 with a king size bed , walk in closet, make up area, 48 inch TV with Netflix, reading chair and shower. Sliding glass doors lead to the lanai and pool.
On the opposite side of the house one guest bedroom features a king bed and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Twin sleeper chairoverlooking the water.
Additional sleeping space is available with a queen sleeper in the den
