A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment newly renovated with hardwood floors and decorated with vintage furniture as well as artworks from local and international artists. There is a full kitchen / dining area and a nice garden in the back of the house. These features give the guesthouse a home away from home feel.
Each bedroom has its own style. The 'Antique room' features a queen bed & a couch (or upon request: 2 beds). The 'Green Room' features a queen bed and a private, in-room bathroom. The 'Garden Room' has a double bed and looks out on the terrace, flowers and trees. Each bedroom has cable tv and there is wifi throughout.
The neighborhood is one of the best things about staying here.
This is a great location surrounded by top New York restaurants, cafes, diners, shopping, boutiques, art galleries, concerts & nightlife.
The guesthouse is conveniently located one block away from the main market street: Bedford Avenue.
