Welcome to our beautiful Mountain View Paradise (MVP) Chalet. Easy ski-in access from Mt Morrisey, and ski-out access to the Burfield chairlift. We are Located just an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Sun Peaks Village. My home is a multi level, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home, and it has been designed with families in mind. The floor to ceiling windows on the main level allow you to enjoy spectacular views of the Mountains. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a gas range. With seating for 8 at the dining
table and another 3 at the breakfast bar, this is the ideal set-up for family groups to share a meal. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace in the living room with seating for 7 and a large flat-screen TV. There is also heated slate floors for those cool winter days, as well as a wet bar complete with 2 in-built wine fridges. After a full day of mountain activities, come home to relax in your very private hot tub overlooking the mountains. My home is over 3000 sq.ft and can accommodate 12 people maximum.
The lofted cathedral ceilings have big magnificent windows which provide a breath taking view of the beautiful mountains, while relaxing by the fire place with a nice glass of wine or snuggle up with a hot mug of hot chocolate and take in the majestic view of the slopes. Such comfort and beauty you feel like this is your home away from home.

Alpine Terrain Development
After an extensive snowpack study in our popular Gil’s backcountry area, this legendary alpine terrain will be moved within the ski are boundary and equipped with increased access, and selective glading for some of the deepest turns around. West Morrisey will offer a new face of steep and deep tree skiing, and a few cut runs for a more direct descent.

Mountain View Paradise (MVP) Vacation Home is now Ski In/Ski Out. :) Expanded terrain for West Morrissey and The Gils areas has launched Sun Peaks to Canadas second largest ski area with 4,200 skiable acres. New black diamond ski runs on West Morrissey are quickly emerging and visible now as you enter Sun Peaks. New steep terrain being prepared for new thrills this season on West Morrisey. Back in Time is the green coloured run on the right. As yet unnamed, the run on the left, near the corner of Fairways and Mountain View Drive has been cleared and grubbed.

Congratulations Sun Peaks.......... Sun Peaks has been shortlisted for two awards in the 2014 World Snow Awards. Sun Peaks has been nominated for Most Improved Resort in North America and also the Eco Award.
