Panama Place is a luxury two story beach home featuring four bedrooms and three baths located directly across the street from the beach on the exclusive West End of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the unobstructed gulf views and sunsets from the first and second floor and most of the rooms in the home. The home sits on a corner lot across the street from dedicated beach access # 94. Guests can also access the beach from the vacant lots directly across the street. The backyard has a privacy fence and a screened porch.

Panama Place is completely furnished and comes with many extras such as free WIFI, storm shutters, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, DVD players, microwave oven, corian countertops, ceiling fans, tile and wood floors, washer/dryer, screened porch, beautiful landscaping and a spectacular private salt water pool. This is one of only a few homes on the West End of the beach that has a pool in the front of the home facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Panama Place is situated 100 feet to the beach and is perfect for weddings, receptions and special events with access to two vacant beachfront lots. Prior approval and a surcharge apply for all special events. We have excellent relationships with preferred wedding planners and caterers.

We also own two other luxury beach homes on Front Beach Road within a block of this home. These properties also accommodate up to 10 occupants each and have an awesome Gulf View and heated pool! In some circumstances, we may rent to parties under 25 but it is determined on a case by case basis.

If you are interested in reserving any of our properties, please send an email for the dates you prefer or contact us by phone. If the property is available and you agree to reserve it, a rental agreement will be sent to you with detailed information regarding the property, security deposit and payment schedule. The reservation is secured with a $500 security deposit. In effort to avoid being exploited by internet scams and protect the potential guests, we do not accept wire transfers and will personally speak with you by phone to confirm the reservation. Furthermore, we will provide you with our property address and full name so you can verify property ownership through the county property appraisers website: www.baypa.net. To determine proximity to the beach, you can go to google maps or google earth and verify.

Due to the heavy volume of inquiries and reservation activity, our calendars are not always up to date.
