A lovely queen bedroom and private bath on the second floor of a beautiful 2-story single owner home.

My home is a 2-story stucco in a very quiet cup de sac with lovely neighbors. The first floor has 12 foot ceilings with vegas (unique to Santa Fe). All the rooms have ceiling fans and AC. The house is spacious and full of light with twenty-five foot entrance ceilings. Your bedroom and bath is upstairs with double window views of the mountains...and blackout drapes so you can sleep in or enjoy an afternoon nap. You can arrange your room as you would like (photos of both arrangements are reflective of the possibilities).The rental bedroom overlooks a quiet tree lined cul de sac approximately 1 mile west of the capital area.
You will have your own 4.5 cu foot fridge and freezer and your own coffee station upstairs, for your convenience. And of course you have use of the kitchen downstairs.There is also a desk set outside the room that you can use if you need it.

The backyard patio covered with a pergola, has a grill available to enjoy, and is surrounded by organic vegetable gardens ( 3 large raised beds where I grow organic vegetables) and rose bushes. In season the garden is full and beautiful. I will share the harvest with you as it blooms.
An Alberta peach tree with luscious fruit will be ready to harvest in late July and August.

My home is 1 mile from the organic co-op - a mile walk thru a lovely riverside park and bike trail. It is located in the Solana Center that has a good Mexican and a delicious Vietnamese restaurant, a Kombucha Honey brew bar, and a Better Day coffee shop with some very good food and coffee....and you are 1 mile from the Tune-upCafe with lovely food all day. All of these are neighborhood favorites.
