Eden @ The Annex is a charming townhome in Truman Annex, a gated community located in the very heart of Old Town Key West. Youll be just steps from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all the attractions Key West has to offer. Yet, this home is on a quiet pedestrian lane where youll have all of the peace and quiet that comes with a gated community.
THE LIVING AREA...
The living room has a large double set of French doors so you can enjoy those wonderful tropical breezes, and a large Hi-Def flat screen TV for those evenings when you need a break from the excitement of Old Town. The sofa converts to a queen bed for the convenience of your guests. Theres a dining table that seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding chef. Youll be able to dine outside on the sunny back deck after youve fired up some steaks on the large gas BBQ.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
Upstairs, the vaulted master bedroom has a queen bed & overhead fan with French doors to a private balcony. The vaulted second bedroom has 2 twins and overhead fan. The hall bathroom has twin vanities and a tub & shower.
THE COMMUNITY POOL & FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...
The community pool is right around the corner, with plenty of chaises. There is a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is less than a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.
