It is the perfect location to enjoy Key West’s best asset: the ocean. Bring your own boat and rent a slip at the marina or hire a charter just steps from your door. Whether you want to explore the endless islands in the Gulf or go out to catch your dinner, you’re in the right place. Please Note:

-- AGE RESTRICTION: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a guardian.

-- GROUPS OF 5-6: This condo is best suited for groups of 4 or less. However, groups of 5 - 6 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such situations, a fee of $25 per person per night for the 5th and 6th guest will be added to the base rate.

-- USE OF EXTRA BEDS: Bedding for the lounges in the second bedroom is not typically accessible to guests. In situations where one or both of the lounges will be converted to beds, arrangements must be made in advance so that bedding can be provided. Please also be aware that these lounges must remain in the second bedroom at all times.

Location & Transportation:

While our location provides an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean, a (potential) con to this location is that you will not be in the middle of the action -- we are roughly 5 miles from Duval Street -- and you cannot get around easily on foot. I think guests would be happiest with a car, although some will be happy with bikes or taking cabs. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with views of the sparking sea and bird and marine life, proximity to many marinas teeming with water activities, and a new, bright, well-appointed, and spacious apartment with the amenities of home and a pool to boot, I think you will be happy here. If you are looking to step outside and have bars, shops, restaurants, and people on your doorstep, you will probably not be happy here.

Parking:

One covered and reserved parking spot comes with the condo. There is also a parking lot out front that typically has plenty of extra spaces.
