This house can also be booked as a B&B! Steps to Kinsmen beach and all facilities, kids water park, kids playground, neighbourhood pub, downtown Invermere shops, market, art galleries, and restaurants. No driving required once you have arrived at our 3-bedroom, 2 full bath plus a large steam-shower that can be used as a 3rd place to shower! This house overlooks Kinsmen Beach right in the town of Invermere, is a 2-minute walk to the beach with all your toys and a 5-minute walk to town for the markets, stores and many restaurants. It is also a 1- minute walk to the nearby Neighborhood Pub for lunch or dinner. The heated deck is your outdoor living space, along with the fire pit below for a nice evening fire. In the afternoon the front deck holds the sun or the walk-out basement patio for relaxing in the hammock. This house is main-floor liveable with laundry, has two areas to watch tv (the kids can have the media room) and has a huge assortment of movies, books, games and toys to select from. Two fireplaces also heat the entire house and also has air conditioning. Wifi and internet are available, as is apple tv. For extra guests there are air beds available. When booking as a B&B, please specify any special meals. Vegan and Vegetarian and the specialties of the house. Extras may include ordering dinner in, having the walk-out basement privately to yourself, private meals on your own patio, campfire smores, picnic lunches offered, separate living/eating area offered, separate entrance and private patio offered. Also available when booking as a B&B are the extra usage of kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, water toys, beach chairs etc. Availability upon request.
The backyard is fully fenced and protected from deer. A pathway to the lake, kiddie play park, kiddie water park, beach facilities is accessible from this house. Beach chairs, towels and toys.
