Great Ocean Views South Mission Beach Condo
Outstanding 1 bedroom Mission Beach vacation rental condo, with majestic views to the jetty and Ocean Beach Pier, and nicely appointed interior and deck all situated on the top floor of a 14 unit complex. I have just added a portable AC unit that can keep the place cool.
This is a really clean and remodeled one bedroom condo, full bath, new kitchen that is fully functional with high quality pots, pans, knives, dishes, and travertine tile throughout.
Relax on the second floor sunny/shaded patio with views that are unsurpassed to the jetty channel and to the ocean beach pier, with the boats coming and going. Recently we have been seeing medium pods of dolphins frolicking in the channel. You can while away the time as you sip some great Baja wines.
The condo is located in a very convenient part of mission beach with the calm bay a 2 minute walk and the ocean side with the large beach, surf/swim area a mere 5 minute walk. Parking is not difficult since you have two very large public parking areas that are open to the public. There are a few bars/restaurants and small stores in the neighborhood within walking distance. There are miles of safe boardwalks to walk, run and bike. There are miles of beautiful beaches to explore and play in. Come enjoy the stay at this vacation resort with downstairs bbq, chairs, tables and most importantly a Jacuzzi with views to the water.
